Three Types of cardiac disorders have been present in diabetic patients.1, Atherosclerosis of coronary arteries or coronary hart disease(CDH)2, Cardiomyopathy :The name of Cardiomyopathy is know as "heart muscle disease," it due to the symptom of reduced quality or strength of the function of the myocardium (i.e., the actual heart muscle) for any reason.3,Autonomic neuropathy.This is one of the heredity nerve disorder caused by diabetes. If the people having high sugar it will develop nerve damage throughout the body. It will affect the heart and blood vessels , digestive system , urinary system , sex organs ect. Some patient’s with nerves damage have no symptoms. Others patients may have symptoms such as pain , tingling ,Coronary Heart Disease :Coronary Heart Disease is the most important disorder and is recognized for half a century. A higher frequency of coronary heart disease and its consequences in Type 2 diabetic patients is demonstrated in the Framingham study, a longitudinal study of more that 5,000 patients with a follow-up of 18 years . Diabetic mean had 75% grater annual incidence of angina, a 50% grater annual incidence of myocardial infraction and 45% greater annual incidence of sudden death. Diabetic women compared to non-diabetic women had 100% greater annual increase in angina, 150% greater incidence of myocardial infraction and 200% greater incidence of sudden death.
